Bhajans , Stotrams and Devotional Songs - Beginner Level

Semi Classical Music is a lighter form of Indian Classical Music. Though it has its roots in traditional Indian Classical Music , the style , rhythm and lyrics are simpler. Thus, make it easy-to-sing and more popular. This course is tailor made for students who have had very limited exposure to Indian classical music , but would nevertheless like to sing simple devotional songs. The course comprises bhajans , simple raga based Stotrams and simple Keerthanams apt for an absolute beginner.

Assessment

Students are assessed on the following, for a total of 100 marks.
